We operate an innovative no deposit scheme to get tenants into your property faster. Instead of the maximum five weeks’ worth of rent, tenants pay a small non-refundable check in fee of one weeks’ rent or £120 (whichever is greater) and are liable to pay for any damages they are responsible for when it is time to move out.
