About the Role

To meet the demands of our expanding clientele and ensure the seamless operation of our rural team in North Yorkshire, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Rural Team Administrator in our Northallerton town centre office.

The Rural Team Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the efficient functioning of our rural team, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities, and providing administrative assistance to facilitate the success of our clients and the growth of our business.

Skills and Responsibilities:

This part-time role would be ideally suited to candidates with excellent administration and IT skills. Based in our Northallerton office, initially 2 days per week, you will provide comprehensive day-to-day office administration support to one Director and, on occasion regional land agents alongside welcoming clients and visitors to the office.

Previous experience in a similar role is essential (1 year plus).

  • Excellent IT skills and thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes (Word, Excel, Virtual Cabinet and Access essential).
  • Maintain and update the company's internal databases and systems related to rural property and business services.
  • Assist in the preparation and issuance of valuation reports, including data entry, formatting, and document management.
  • Coordinate communication between team members and clients, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
  • Support the valuation process by conducting research, gathering data, and assisting with due diligence tasks, such as property searches and document analysis.
  • Assist with financial tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and generating financial reports for the rural team.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and managing office supplies.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, site visits, and inspections for the rural team, ensuring efficient scheduling and logistics.
