Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), Postgraduate Diploma in Rural Surveying (PG.Dip), Honours Degree in Countryside Management (BSc Hons), RICS Registered Valuer.
Paul has over 14 years experience as a Rural Surveyor and is one of the firm’s principal estate/property managers, managing estates from Northumberland to Berkshire and from North Wales to Lincolnshire.
He was born and raised in North Yorkshire where he continues to live and he has been based in the county since starting his career. His specific areas of expertise include landlord and tenant matters including rent reviews and tenancy successions; property management including organising maintenance, repairs and improvements; the sale and letting of agricultural and residential property; planning and development work including the promotion of land for development and the conversion of barns to alternative uses, and compensation/compulsory purchase work including for flood defence schemes.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys hill walking, cycling, running and spending time with his family.
