COVID-19 Update: September 2020

Fri 18 September 2020

Yesterday, the Government announced stricter local restrictions on social activity across the North East, including Northumberland, Newcastle, Gateshead, Sunderland, South Tyneside, North Tyneside and County Durham. Whilst the new local restrictions do not affect the work we do as a business, it is clear that COVID-19 continues to cause significant disruption to our lives. We are writing to you to assure you that the safety and wellbeing of you, and our team, are incredibly important to us, and we can, and will continue to do everything we can to support you, safely, and in line with government guidance.

Before reopening our offices in June, we carried our significant risk assessments and published mandatory guidance in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19. This guidance provides clear information to our staff, clients and all others they may come into contact with. We have continued to adapt and work within this guidance and will continue to do so until advised otherwise.
  • Our offices remain open, but by appointment only;
  • Face coverings are mandatory whilst visiting our offices, please sanitise upon entry and exit, and respect strict social distancing rules;
  • Our toilet facilities are not open to the public;
  • Click here to read our mandatory guidance to staff, vendors and applicants for viewings, market appraisals and inspections;
  • We advise our staff and clients that if they become aware that these procedures are not being followed, they should terminate the appointment or inspection immediately.

We thank you all for complying with our procedures, and can assure you that whilst we are all facing extreme circumstances, youngsRPS is open for business, albeit with extraordinary measures as first and foremost, our duty of care to you and our staff is our priority.
