COVID-19: a message from our Managing Director

Tue 17 March 2020

I would like to start by wishing you all well in this unnerving time. COVID-19 has already caused considerable disruption both personally and to businesses around the world. We must all work together to keep one another safe and well as the situation continues to unfold.

We have a duty of care, not only for our staff, but for our clients and the general public; we therefore intend to keep you updated on our situation, and everything that we are doing to keep you safe. We are continually monitoring and following Government guidelines and we can act in accordance, come what may.

We do remain open for business and are offering our services across all regions; should this change, our teams are set up to work remotely and will continue to do so without interruption. We advise that you contact our staff via their mobiles for the foreseeable future, mobile numbers will be available on staff profiles.

Regarding appointments, we are currently following Government Guidance. Please do not be alarmed if our employees ask you a series of questions prior to meeting you. We also ask that if you feel unwell, or have experienced any symptoms, that you look to rearrange the meeting with your key contact. We are in a position where we can carry out meetings via video call / telecoms if that is preferred. Again, please do not be alarmed that we are putting these measures in place, we are simply doing our upmost to protect you, our team and the wider public whilst continuing to service our clients.

On a final note, I’d like to thank you all for your cooperation and we wish you all well.
